Receiving & Warehousing
The first step in any chain program is to receive and warehouse the necessary products. With over 100,000sqft, FKG has the facilities to comfortably warehouse any size project, and the knowledge to ensure everything is managed correctly.
Our state of the art warehouses and highly trained staff ensure that all product is received, counted, stored, and managed with no damage, missing items, or delays.
Inventory Management
Once inventory is received and the program is set to begin, FKG employs its tested inventory management solution to eliminate the risk of running out of inventory.
Levels are constantly monitored with a smart barcode system, meaning nothing moves off the shelves unless it is scanned first. Physical counts are also performed routinely as a backup to the automated system.
We pride on ourselves on our inventory management, and will always keep in-stock inventory at the proper levels so as to never run out.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Our custom designed/coded pick & pack program allows us to process orders in the most efficient way possible. Online ordering and automatic data transfer ensures there are no clerical errors for every order. Custom designed scripts and automation ensure the correct orders are packed first, and that trucks and deliveries are booked on time. Barcode scanners and double checking of every order ensure that everything is picked correctly and no order ships incomplete. Care and attention to detail by our highly trained employees ensure that each order is properly packed to prevent any shipping damage.
